Dedication. Commitment. Excellence.

The Story Behind Our Landscaping Service

High St. Lawn Unlimited LLC is dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional landscaping and modern ingenuity. We are a team of professionals with strong values, beliefs, and goals, committed to playing a meaningful role in the evolving landscape of our industry. We understand that landscaping isn't rocket science—it shouldn't be overcomplicated or shrouded in unnecessary complexity. Our mission is to simplify the process for our clients without compromising on quality or professionalism.

In an industry where outdated practices often prevail, we believe it's not too much to ask for a landscaping company to act like a professional business that doesn't compromise on standards. We embrace modern solutions that enhance efficiency and client experience, moving beyond paper invoices and vague estimates. Our relationships with clients are built on transparency, trust, and a shared vision for beautiful outdoor spaces.

At High St. Lawn Unlimited LLC, we are committed to being a professional business that delivers exceptional service without compromise. We work diligently both on and off the field to provide quality workmanship, embrace innovation, and show genuine care for our clients. In an industry where outdated practices are common, we believe it's time for a change. We're here to set the standard by demonstrating what a landscaping company should be capable of—acting professionally, valuing client relationships, and embracing modern solutions while upholding the core values that matter most.

High St.'s History

"Ordinary Jobs, Done Extraordinarily"

High St. Lawn Unlimited LLC originated in Concord, Massachusetts, through the initiative of Eli Hill, his brother Cam Hill, and their close family friend Jack Maloney. Before founding the company, the trio managed a small investment pool, collectively overseeing an account when they were just 12 (Eli), 16 (Jack), and 18 (Cam) years old. This early venture into investing fostered their entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork.

In the winter of 2016, with Cam home from college where he was studying criminal justice, the three decided to shovel neighbors' driveways to earn additional funds for their investment pool. High Street—the street where Eli and Cam lived and where they stored their equipment and met before jobs—became the hub of their operations, inspiring the company's eventual name.

When Cam returned to college and was unable to continue with the venture, Eli and Jack carried on. The business underwent several name changes over the years, starting as JC&E Landscaping, then evolving to High Street Snow Removal, and later to High St. Snow and Yard. After much consideration over six years, they finalized the name as High St. Lawn Unlimited.

In 2019, Jack stepped back from the company when he secured an internship with a local police department. Eli then leaned on his second-in-command, Charlie Robichaud, who became instrumental in leading field operations and managing crews.

The year 2020 brought unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, causing business to slow down significantly. Despite these difficulties, Eli and Charlie persevered, with Jack occasionally helping out when he could.

In the spring of 2021, as restrictions eased and demand increased, Eli and Charlie recruited numerous friends from school to handle the surge in work. Their dedication was unwavering—they would skip classes to load trucks, work through lunch and free blocks, and continue laboring until sundown each day.

In the summer of 2021, Eli made the decision to turn down an offer from the University of Iowa's School of Chemistry to focus entirely on the business. He officially formalized High St. Lawn Unlimited LLC, bringing on board three of his lifelong friends who had been part of the journey since day one, along with Charlie, as co-owners.

One of these key team members was Iain Bailey, who served as the full-time Client Relationship Leader. His contributions were instrumental in expanding the customer base and strengthening client relationships. in 2023 after an additional year of dedicated service, Iain left to pursue other career opportunities but remains a pivotal figure in the company's history.

Aiden Sullivan played a significant role by applying his business acumen to manage the company's finances and strategies. Before attending the Santa Clara School of Business, he was integral in steering the company toward growth. While he stepped down from ownership to focus on his studies, Aiden continues to support High St. Lawn Unlimited LLC, contributing his expertise whenever possible.

Similarly, Max Hamel, skilled in marketing, enhanced the company's visibility and reach. He left ownership in 2022 to study at UMass Amherst but remains actively involved with the company. Max continues to assist with marketing efforts and has plans to rejoin the company in the future.

Since 2023, Eli Hill and Charlie Robichaud have been the driving forces behind High St. Lawn Unlimited LLC. They strive every day to grow the company, aiming to make their mark in the history books. Their journey exemplifies dedication, ambition, and the power of collaboration among lifelong friends, setting a standard for professionalism and passion in the landscaping industry.
